ABOUT

BELIEF #1

Dogs provide honest, unfiltered feedback, teaching us in ways no one else can. If you take the time to truly listen, they can become your greatest guide to personal growth.

BELIEF #2

Most of your limits are nothing more than beliefs you’ve accepted as truth. Change those beliefs, and you’ll redefine what’s possible.

BELIEF #3

A lesson will keep repeating itself in different forms until it’s fully learned. Once you’ve understood and embraced it, you’ll be ready to move on to the next challenge or opportunity for growth.

Hi!
I'M CHRISTOFFER

How should I describe myself?
First and foremost, I’m a proud dog owner, partner, Agility Supportive Spouse (or ASS, as it's called), performance consultant, segment manager, and now, author.

But at my core, I’m just a guy who has fallen head over heels for Agility—despite never being a handler myself.

A few years ago, I took some time for self-reflection and discovered my life’s mission: “To help people bridge the gap between what they know and what they do, so they can create a meaningful life and build meaningful relationships.” Since then, I’ve been fortunate to find opportunities to live out that mission in various areas of my life, constantly pushing myself to improve and make a greater impact.

When I’m not working or exploring new ways to help others, I love spending time in the forest with my life partner, Eli Beate Sæther, and our dogs. It’s in those quiet moments with them that I find balance and inspiration.

MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS

At the end of the day, it’s the people—and dogs—you surround yourself with that bring true meaning to life. I’ve been incredibly fortunate, perhaps through some kind of miracle, to have Eli Beate come into my life. With her came not only love but also a herd of amazing dogs. Together, we see agility as a layered team sport. It’s not just about the bond between the handler and the dog; for us, it’s a family affair. We travel to events as a unit, each of us playing a role in some way or another.

To outsiders, our lifestyle might seem a bit crazy—and we wouldn’t argue with that. But one thing’s for sure: it’s never boring!

To sum it up: I’ve already WON!

If there’s one takeaway I hope you leave with, it’s this—prioritize the most important things in your life first. Let everything else come second. Live with intention, and make space for what truly matters.
